Prophetic Focus for July 2010
Greetings in Jesus' name.
I believe every one of us must have experienced tangible encounters with the power of God all through the great month of June and may the testimonies of such encounters keep speaking in our lives forever.
As I have often said, one genuine encounter with God is worth much more than a lifetime of struggles.
However according to scriptures, God has new packages for His people every month.
"And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.Rev.22:1- 2.
My prayer is that God's glorious package for this new month shall be made fully manifest in everyone's life.
As we are all aware through the ministry of Christ in scriptures, every sickness is an oppression of the devil.
It is written, "Jesus went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil". Acts 10:38 (see also Matt. 13:28, Lk.9: 1-3).
It is therefore obvious that every sickness is a manifestation of the spirit of infirmity - which by literal interpretation means the spirit of sickness.
Jesus once spoke about " a woman, which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself." (Lk. 13:11-16).
But thank God, Christ has paid the full price for man's total health on the cross. As it is written,
"Who in his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."- I pet. 2:24 (see also I Cor. 6:20, Matt. 8:17).
Also when Christ was crucified on the cross He cried;
"it is finished" that is, our warfare against sickness and disease among other things was accomplished. (John 19:30, Col. 2:13-15).
However, as it is written, "my people are gone into captivity because they have no knowledge" - Is. 5:13.
A graphic picture of the above truth is painted in the book of Job as follows:
"His flesh is consumed away, that it cannot be seen; and his bones that were not seen stick out.
Yea, his soul draweth near unto the grave, and his life to the destroyers.
If there be a messenger with him, an interpreter, one among a thousand, to shew unto man his uprightness:(his rights in God)
Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.
His flesh shall be fresher than a child's: he shall return to the days of his youth"- Job 33:21-25
This is why I believe in line with scriptures that revelation is the principal channel for receiving divine healing.
The bible says "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions." Ps.107:20(see also Matt. 8:8, Lk. 5:17,6:17-19).
Furthermore, you will recall that in that great vision when the mandate of this commission was delivered God said; "But from the beginning it was not so, and now the hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith and am sending you to undertake this task".
Therefore, the prophetic focus for the month of July 2010 is; " I WILL RESTORE HEALTH UNTO YOU" - Jer. 30:17.
Therefore by the end of this month no one feeble person shall remain in the Winners' family worldwide in Jesus name. (Ps. 105:37)
It's one thing to be free, its another thing to be free indeed. In the same vein, it's one thing to be healed and its another to enjoy divine health.
When Lazarus was raised from the dead, his hands and feet were still bound with grave clothes and his face bound with napkin. This man
was delivered from the power of the grave but needed to be free indeed, but Jesus said; "loose him and let him go." John 11:44
This month every Winner shall experience true and total liberty from the harassment of sickness and disease forever. It shall be a month of total restoration of health indeed for every Winner.
